2.Personal data we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, work email, company, operating country, service interest, project scale, destination system and the requirements written in an enquiry.
Our systems may also receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, referral and campaign parameters, request time, consent preference, and security or diagnostic records. If you become a customer, we process business contact, proposal, contract, billing, project correspondence and authorized project data.
Please do not submit confidential files through the public enquiry form.
3.How and why we use data
We use personal data to answer enquiries, assess workflow fit, prepare proposals, provide contracted services, maintain security, prevent abuse, keep business records and comply with law.
Depending on your location, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving our B2B services, or consent where required. We do not sell personal data.
5.International processing
Novatra serves organizations internationally. Data may therefore be processed outside your country, including in India and locations where approved providers operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards and limit access to the stated purpose.
6.Retention and deletion
Website enquiries and related sales records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymized unless a contract, legal obligation, dispute, fraud-prevention need or your request justifies a different period.
Customer project records, invoices and statutory records follow the applicable agreement and legal retention requirements. Test documents and extracted data follow the project-specific deletion point described in our Data Handling SOP. Residual encrypted backups expire through the applicable backup cycle.
8.Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. EU/UK visitors may also complain to their local supervisory authority. Residents of applicable US states may exercise rights available under their state law. Indian users may raise a grievance and exercise rights available under applicable Indian data-protection law.

9.Security and children
We use proportionate administrative and technical safeguards, including controlled access and protected cloud services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Our services are for organizations and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through this website.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal duties change. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where required.
